Truly exceptional!

We could not have asked for a better experience and quality craftmanship. Truly exceptional! We just completed a full kitchen remodel and Magic Maintenance did a stellar job. I've never seen a more organized and clean contracting crew in my life. The team was respectful of our home and communicated clearly with us daily on status and progress. And they finished the job early. All of their team members were polite and professional. I cannot recommend them more. We've used them for other smaller projects at the house, which lead us to speak with them about a bigger job.

Great job Magic Maintenance

Ryan and his crew are amazing! We had water damage that was destroying our garage wall which in turn caused the beams holding the deck above the garage to get water damage. They proceeded to remove all the damage exterior wood, removed stucco, replaced all the wood, patched all the stucco fixed the leak and matched the paint to where we can't see any signs of the previous damage. My neighbors have all commented on how nice it all looks. Great job Magic Maintenance I will be calling you for my future projects!

This letter is four months late but there has to be head space in order to put your feelings into words, and today, its rainy, quiet and I'm in the presence of my own thoughts and feelings for the first time in a very long time. JOBS WELL DONE...LOVE MAGIC!!!

Being the HOA President and a long time HOA Board member of a community of 153 condos, I had the opportunity to deal and work with lot of contractors and Management Companies. ONE of the BEST was this one. We were able to successfully accomplish many projects including multiple balcony reconstructions, painting, windows replacement, Guard Shack remodeling, Recreation Room full remodeling etc and during that time we were able to receive many updates on the ongoing projects full of explanations and pictures of the work that was done. Also the billing was clear and timely so we were able to move fast. Called Magic Maintenance and they were on scene within 30 minutes.

Had water damage due to a water leak. Called Magic Maintenance and they were on scene within 30 minutes. Cut the drywall that was wet and set up dryers. Helped coordinate with my insurance company and within a week you would never know anything happened. Very professional. No mess very considerate of the house and clean. Highly recommend them.
